And you’re wrong.

Children need to eat breakfast. Adults can skip food three mornings a week. You aren’t growing, are you?

You will be doing more than restricting your calorie intake by fasting until lunch three mornings a week. You will be giving your body a break from inflammation and digestion. Why is this important?

Our bodies are flooded with toxins from what we drink, the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the products we rub onto our bodies and hair. Fasting gives your body a break from digestion so it can turn its attention to flushing out toxins and to repairing the body down to even a cellular level.

The optimum would be to buy your veggies from local farmers. Is this too pricey, or impossible for you? No problem. You can buy big bags of vegetables at Costco or Sam’s club and cut them up the night before for the next day’s lunch.

The fresher the veggies and the fewer chemicals on your produce, the more nutrients and less toxins you’ll consume. But the critical element is eating the raw vegetables every day.
