Meditating daily increases your inner strength and resilience. Getting quiet daily and opening up space and stillness to go inward allows a calm and clarity to settle and ground.

Your dreams and what you are doing don't need to make sense to everyone else. They only need to FEEL right when you palce your hand on your heart and close your eyes. Because your mind can be swayed by the outside world and by the opinions of others.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Don't waver my love. Stay true to you. It would be awesome if everything made sense to the people who love you. It would be wonderful if you were rallied around with support from all directions. Most often, that won't be true.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

People probably won't like it if you want to transform or dream big.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Why? It's not that they don't love you. It's that you are taking a risk, which means you may fail, and they don't want to see you get hurt. Or you are triggering something in them- that is calling them to transform and go after their dreams- and they're not ready or fearful.

So meditate. Or pray. Pull strength. Feel powerful. Don't give up!
