Yoga Desk, Then Walk….

For best results, add in a 5 -minute walk after your lunch break and a 10-minute walk right after work. You can focus on counting your breaths up to ten, then down to ten over and over to focus your mind in a moving meditation as you walk.

Another option is to repeat a mantra as you walk, such as the mantra: Om Ram Ramaya, which means: I balance all aspects of my life. It may seem counterintuitive, but taking regular breaks to move will actually SAVE YOU TIME.

You will be more productive, get more done, and end your work day with more energy and in a better frame of mind.

So do a little tai-chi / yoga at your desk every day, even for two minutes will make a big difference.
