I love the smell of rain and my first sip of espresso in the morning.
I love that feeling after yoga asana and meditation when I fall into bliss and feel grounded to the earth and so good in my body at the same time.
Joy for me is the rush of jumping into an alpine lake on a hot summer day, the taste of champagne bubbles on my tongue, seeing dew sparkling on flowers in the morning, and scooping the ones I love in for a bear hug.
