MY 63-DAY LOVEFULNESS MEDITATION PROGRAM PROVIDES A JOURNEY INWARD INTO BLISS.

Glide, step by step, week by week, into higher levels of consciousness over 8 weeks.

STEP ONE AIM: REDUCE STRESS, PAIN, ANXIETY, AND ENHANCE WELL-BEING.

The first two weeks guide you into a daily meditation practice of ease so you can cultivate an ability to deeply relax, withdraw your senses inward, and begin to still your mind as you cultivate body awareness.

STEP TWO AIM: INCREASE SELF-AWARENESS AND SELF-UNDERSTANDING.

The third week leads you on a journey into deeper body relaxation and feeling into the different layers of energy: body, emotions, thoughts, & auric field. In the fourth week, we ease into a stilling of the mind into intense focus.

STEP THREE AIM: SELF-EXPLORATION AND SENSE OF ENERGY MOVEMENT, AND LOVE FLOW.

In the fifth week, you will dive into the feeling of love flowing in, through, and around you. The sixth week guides you into less reactivity and more emotional and personal ease and flow.
