Before and while interacting with other people, keep your awareness within you on your central column of light, especially your connection to the cosmos or ‘divine’ out of the top of your head. Set the intention to connect your ‘higher self,' ‘soul,' or ‘elevated view’ *whichever term works for you here.
Set the intention to relate with others with more layers of your being.
Set the intention to energetically meet all your needs internally. You need nothing externally from them. It is all only an invitation. When you experience a joyful expansion, sense of freedom, humor, or combination of being earthed but light, these are indicators you are sourcing internally during your invitation. The invitation is energetic.
Do not judge yourself if you set the intention but fall out of awareness of your connection to the earth and the cosmos. Do not judge if you are not yet able to relate to others from the level of your soul. Do not judge yourself if you believe, that you are not yet able to meet your needs externally and seek outer validation, use manipulation tactics, or victim techniques to get what you want.
