Morning Start


Start your day with a water therapy. Wash a lemon and then squeeze half a lemon into half a liter of water. Drink down the entire half liter when you first wake up to supercharge vitamin C and hydrate your body.


A half hour later crush one to two gloves of fresh garlic onto a spoon. Leave the crushed garlic to rest for five minutes. During this time squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water and drop the rind into your glass. Swallow down the raw garlic and drink down the lemon water.

Dinner:
